About Brooklyn Pizza Grill & Pasta
Brooklyn Pizza Grill & Pasta is a pizza restaurant in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 241 N Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603, which places it among the local businesses of Lancaster that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 AMβ10 PM. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Brooklyn Pizza Grill & Pasta at (717) 391-1000; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Lancaster is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Lancaster is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Please don't waste your time dining or ordering from this place. The pizza I ordered was brooklyn pizza a pizza that was suppose to have everything on it including extra cheese had no extra cheese. I waited, let with my pizza thinking no need to check, wrong. The pizza came very dry with little toppings and no extra cheese. The least they could have said is, "no cheese" so that I could have made a decision to buy it or not. When i Complained to the front clerk and manger, all they can say is, "oh sorry kitchen closed, store closed. I said, "come on you should have known if you have cheese or not". No credit, nothing was mentioned. If I was nearby I would have taken the pizza back to get my money back. They know what they were doing. Don't waste your money at this pizzeria. Times are tough so why waste your time and money, so many other great restaurants in the area go there. Look at the reviews this restaurant is a disgrace.

This is my "me spot". Where I come when I want a hot slice of bomb pizza. They are the sweetest people and I always enjoy my food. Today I watched a man on a scooter yell "hey hey" and the gentleman behind the counter walked out and helped this man. Took his order and brought the pizza out to the man. It was a sweet, awesome interaction! Every time I come here, they are helping someone or being a listening ear. If you want to feel at home and get your belly and soul full, come here to brooklyn β€οΈ

I ordered a white pizza and an antipasto salad for delivery. The pizza was not only NOT a white pizza, but it is also soaking wet, lots of very watery red sauce. The salad I ordered was missing 4 of the listed ingredients. Iβm honestly just speechless. The pizza is wrong and disgusting, and the salad was literally a rip off. I donβt normally leave bad reviews, but this is really unacceptable. Next time I wonβt ignore the very recent onslaught of 1 star reviews. Unfortunately I will not be dining here again.

Wow is all I can say Iβve been here a few times and never had such a bad experience. I figured Iβd grab a quick slice of cheese pizza and Iβll be honest I had to throw it away, which I donβt think Iβve ever done to a piece of pizza in my life. It was hard, no cheese and all grease, and had no flavor. I also was charged a whole dollar for a small side of ranch which I never even got. Maybe it was just an off day, but it was gross.

The counter service lady is really nice. Pizza maker guy is cool too. Very down to earth folks. Pizza is thin slice and really good. Have it reheated, crunchy goodness. Got a slice of meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch. So good. Will come back next visit to Lancaster.
